Time for change

For too long I have aspired to be El Kanon, The Fattest Man in the World. But no longer. Tomorrow I start P90x. It is an intense workout designed by this tool named Tony Horton (every time I say his name I think of Horton Hears a Who). He makes all these lame jokes and tries way to hard to make this work out "cool". To be honest I feel really lame following a video for my workout but I am willing to start looking foolish if it means I can have my health when I am older.

So, after much deliberation I have decided that it is time for a life change. I will be blogging my success and experiences along the way. I hope this blog can be an outlet to allow me to document my success.

The things I would like to get out of this experience are as follows:
  1. A lean sexy core
  2. Killer thighs
  3. A super chiseled backside complete with dimples
  4. A much happier existence
  5. Self discipline and control
  6. Feedback
  7. Bear like bisceps
  8. Maybe some money or presents
  9. Restroom regularity
  10. Friends :(

Finally, I would like all of you to know that this experience will be blogged daily and if you start a workout regimine I would like to know about it. "United we stand" is the saying I think.

Love, Peace, and Chicken Grease! (except I will be cutting the chicken grease from my diet so just love and peace for now until I come up with a healthy rhyme).
